The design philosophy of Moneta One deliberately challenges conventional office typologies. Closed, uninspiring workspaces were replaced by a seamless dialogue between indoors and the natural world. The client, aware that fintech employees compress their work into six intense hours, emphasised that the surrounding envelope—the walls, volumes, and light—should transform stress into enthusiasm.
The architecture reflects this ethos through bold elements, modern materials, and spaces that encourage collaboration and innovation. Open layouts, abundant natural light, green views, and breathable circulation work in concert to foster focus, renewal, and emotional stability. Every design decision was guided by a desire to make employees feel alive, inspired, and grounded.
“In all, we were given two things: a list of tangible requirements—like employee count and private chambers—and an experiential brief, outlining how the space should feel. The rest was ours to interpret, and that, believe me, is a bigger challenge and responsibility,” shares Mehul, recalling the project’s inception.
Ishita adds, “Rajkot is known for its calm, peaceful pace of life. We knew we were about to build a landmark for the city. The architecture had to be iconic externally yet humane internally, opening doors to exemplary opportunities in a region traditionally known for small-scale business.”
