Corporate interiors often risk slipping into monotony—predictable aisles, repetitive partitions and the drudgery of functional necessity. Here, however, zoning emerges as the project’s guiding principle, elevating the planning to something almost didactic: an exemplar of how hierarchy, privacy and communication can be woven into a single urban floor plate.
The reception, positioned precisely as the fulcrum, generates two distinct transitions—one meandering towards the expansive employee landscape of workstations, meeting rooms and telephone booths; the other flowing towards the MD zone, managerial cabins, boardroom, HR and accounts. This deliberate bifurcation ensures a rare coexistence: leaders enjoy silence and sophistication while employees are free to collaborate in a relaxed, casual milieu. Both streams convene effortlessly at the centrally accessible cafeteria and community zones, creating a democratic interface that encourages mingling without diluting hierarchy.
“The passage was not merely retained; it was reimagined as the backbone of the office, allowing clarity to govern movement,” remarks Arpan. Along this wide, efficient spine, the organisational sequence unfolds gracefully—from public to semi-public to private, each zone assigned its rightful place.
Leadership spaces claim the periphery, preserving privacy while maintaining visual ties to the broader workspace. Meanwhile, expansive workstation zones, trading areas and meeting pods occupy the heart of the plan, encircled by storage, support spaces and technical rooms strategically compacted for operational coherence. With no civil alterations, the entire plan was conceived within the pristine, untouched geometry of the developer’s floor plate, making the spatial orchestration even more commendable.
